Cozy room, comfortable bedding, complemented by a convenient location just 3 km from the nearest airport for easy travel access and a nice breakfast to kickstart our day.
So I never got to stay at this hotel when we arrived 2 hours prior to our 3:00 check-in we were told the room was given away and they had another facility down the road so we took that facility and we went there I don't know how you can give away a room when the check-in hadn't even begun.

great access to parks and vibrant downtown experiences
during my recent stay, I loved how Hilltop Park was just over 2 km away, providing stunning views perfect for leisurely walks, and it was fantastic that downtown Long Beach was a short stroll, filled with lively shops and eateries.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience!
Our stay lasted only one night due to the unsanitary conditions. The presence of roaches and bugs made it unlivable. Despite promises of a refund, the staff ignored our requests. paying for peace of mind is worth it.

truthfully, it's hard to be sorry for any place that doesn't allow pets as it shows they care about cleanliness
Room was roach-infested.

The room features a spacious layout, allowing for some comfortable downtime. Quick access to local attractions gives it a convenient edge.
There were various issues during the stay. First, I received a voicemail about being switched to a different hotel without my consent, which led to an unexpected charge upon arrival. The room smelled of smoke, with an actual cigarette butt lying around. Hot water was non-existent. cold showers were the reality throughout. On top of that, there was broken furniture littering the walkway near my room and a malfunctioning TV. I also dealt with three roaches making an appearance, and the dirty floors were not what I’d call inviting.

The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief. We found several roaches in the room though.

I stayed in a King Room for one night. The bed was cozy, and the AC worked perfectly. Location was solid, really close to Long Beach, but honestly, I was pretty freaked out by the cleanliness. I saw roaches crawling around, and that totally ruined the vibe. It's a shame because the setup had potential.
